UPDATE / REGISTER EMAIL, PAN, KYC, NOMINATION & DOWNLOAD FORMS

IMPORTANT: Information to be provided to RTA, if holding shares in physical form

SEBI vide its circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated March 16, 2023 regarding Common and simplified norms for processing investor’s service requests by RTAs and norms for furnishing PAN, KYC details has notified, 30.09.2023 for updation of PAN, KYC details and Nomination. The folios wherein any one of the cited details are not available on or after October 01, 2023, shall be frozen by the RTA. Key highlights of the circular are as under:
All holders of physical securities of the Company are mandatorily required to furnish the following documents / details to the RTA i.e. Link Intime India Private Limited (Link Intime):

> PAN
> Nomination
> Contact Details viz. Postal address with PIN, Mobile number, E-mail address
> Bank Account details
> Specimen Signature

Investors shall submit Form ISR-1 to Link Intime for updating PAN and other KYC details.
In case of mismatch in the signature of the holder in the records of Link Intime / to register signature, the investor shall furnish original cancelled cheque and banker’s attestation of the signature as per Form ISR-2.
Investors shall continue to use Form SH-13 and SH-14 for declaration of nomination and change in nomination respectively. However, in case investor wants to opt-out of nomination, Form ISR-3 shall be filed.
Investors are requested to ensure the above details are updated with Link Intime before 30.09.2023, since folios for which the above details are not available thereafter shall be frozen.
The securities in the frozen folios shall be referred by the RTA / listed company to the administering authority under the Benami Transactions (Prohibitions) Act, 1988 and or Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, if they continue to remain frozen as on December 31, 2025.
